My car is 2002 Nissan Altima, purchased with 126263 Miles on 5 June 2014. Currently it run upto 126800 (approx). Dealer has given 3 months of warranty or 4500 Miles it covered engine, automatic transmission and many other critical parts of cars. I purchased the car in Rhode island and registered in CT. I am living in 346 foster drive willimantic CT, 06226.

The car was failed in emission test at ct. There is problem exhaust system, thermameter gauge is not working, engine has misfire, and engine making bad noice these problem was not presented on the day of purchased but next day observed.
Dealer has taken more than 25 days to repair the car and failed in repairing the car even after 3 attempts.
Importantly, the given warranty is also found to invalid when I called to insurance company even after 20 days of purchase and now I got denied letter because of car is under repair at dealer shop.

Let me know if you can help me in this fraud case
